Processing Time
- Order Processing: All our t-shirts are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order before shipping.
- Printing & Quality Control: As we use print-on-demand services, each t-shirt is printed individually. Our team ensures that every item meets our quality standards before it’s shipped.
Shipping Time
- Domestic Shipping (within US): Once processed, orders typically take 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: International orders currently not available at this time.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as shipping destination, public holidays, and unforeseen delays.
Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $4.90 applies to all domestic orders.
- Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website for real-time updates.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated times, there may be occasional delays due to high demand, carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your package is delivered or provide a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship outside of US. Additionally, certain remote locations may incur additional shipping charges or experience longer delivery times.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items (such as special graphic t-shirts made to your specifications) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Exchange Request: For exchanges, please specify the item(s) you wish to exchange and the new size, color, or design. We will confirm the availability of the requested item(s).
3. Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping on orders within the US. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you via email once your return request is approved.
- International Returns: International orders not available.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item(s) within 3-7 business days, depending on stock availability.
- If the requested exchange item is not available, we will offer you a refund or the option to select a different item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Please include a photo of the damage or defect and your order number in your message.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund is not reflected, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us for assistance.
